Modern Home presents a new residential building in Sofia with an energy class A+, quality building materials and the option of completing the apartments turnkey. The project offers fixed prices without indexation and a choice between two installment payment schemes.

The building is in the initial stages of construction, with the following planned deadlines:

• Act 14 — September 2027.
• Act 16 — April 2029.

The implementation uses materials and equipment from established manufacturers:

• Suspended facade made of Alucobond, combined with Baumit mineral silicone plaster.
• Thermal insulation 10 cm thick.
• Schüco windows.
• Wienerberger Profi Therm bricks.
• Schindler elevators.
• Gas heating and split air conditioning system.
• Energy class A+.

The apartments are handed over according to Bulgarian Civil Code, with installed switches and sockets and water and gas connections up to the plug. The investor has a specialized finishing department, which can perform both complete turnkey completion and individual activities according to the buyer's preferences.

Two installment payment schemes are offered:

• 20% / 60% / 10% / 10%.
• 30% / 50% / 10% / 10%.

The prices under the contracts are fixed and are not subject to indexation. Individual discounts are possible after arranging a meeting in the office. For purchases with bank financing, we work with all banks.

There is an option to additionally purchase the following for the apartments:

• Outdoor parking spaces at a price of 23,000 euros.
• Underground garages at prices from 28,000 to 48,000 euros depending on size.

The storage rooms have limited availability, which is specified upon specific inquiry. The maintenance fees for the common areas will be determined by a decision of the condominium.
