The building is at the elevation 0 stage, with a planned deadline for receiving Act 16 in July 2029.

The construction used materials and equipment from established manufacturers:

• Suspended facade made of Alucobond, combined with Baumit mineral silicone plaster.
• Thermal insulation 10 cm thick.
• Schüco windows.
• Wienerberger Profi Therm bricks.
• Schindler elevators.
• Gas heating and split air conditioning system.
• Energy class A+.

The apartments are handed over according to the Bulgarian Civil Code, with installed switches and sockets and water and gas connections up to the plug. For buyers who prefer a ready-made solution, the investor offers complete turnkey completion. It is also possible to assign only individual finishing activities according to needs and budget.

Two installment payment schemes are offered:

• 20% / 60% / 10% / 10%.
• 30% / 50% / 10% / 10%.

The prices under the contracts are fixed and are not subject to indexation. Individual discounts can be agreed upon at a meeting in the office. For purchases with bank financing, we work with all banks.

There is an option to additionally purchase the following for the apartments:

• Outdoor parking spaces at a price of 23,000 euros.
• Underground garages at prices from 28,000 to 48,000 euros depending on size.
