Technical characteristics

The buildings will be constructed with a monolithic reinforced concrete structure and a combined facade. The thermal insulation will be 10 cm EPS and XPS according to the specific area of the building.

Six-chamber PVC windows with triple glazing are planned, providing good heat and sound insulation. A split air conditioning system will be installed for heating and cooling.

The apartments will be handed over finished according to Bulgarian Construction Standards, which allows the new owners to choose flooring, interior doors, sanitary ware and other finishing materials according to their personal preferences.

The common areas will be built according to an architectural design, and the buildings will have elevators and controlled access.

Parking

Underground parking spaces can be purchased with the apartments at a price of 25,000 euros.

The availability and prices of garages, warehouses and basements are provided additionally according to the current price list.
