New high-end residential project

We present a new high-end residential complex, created with a focus on quality construction, modern vision and long-term value of the property. The project is in the initial design stage, and construction is scheduled to start in July 2026. Act 16 is estimated for the end of 2028.

Payment plan

A convenient scheme with bank financing is offered, divided into four stages:

  • 30% upon signing a preliminary contract
  • 50% for a certificate under Art. 181 — with the possibility of financing with a loan
  • 10% when Model Act 15 is prepared
  • 10% at commissioning (Act 16)

The contract prices are without indexation. We work mainly with DSK and UniCredit, offering assistance for bank financing under pre-specified conditions.

Construction and implementation

The building is designed with an emphasis on sustainability, comfort and high quality of execution. The following are set:
