New high-end residential project

We present a new high-end residential complex, created with a focus on quality construction, modern vision and long-term value of the property. The project is in the initial design stage, and construction is scheduled to start in July 2026. Act 16 is estimated for the end of 2028.

The complex is being developed in a promising urban area with convenient access to main road connections, services, commercial establishments and daily amenities, making it suitable for both living and investment.

Payment plan

A convenient scheme with bank financing is offered, divided into four stages:

• 30% upon signing a preliminary contract
• 50% for a certificate under Art. 181 — with the possibility of financing with a loan
• 10% when Model Act 15 is prepared
• 10% at commissioning (Act 16)

The contract prices are without indexation. We work mainly with DSK and UniCredit, offering assistance for bank financing under pre-specified conditions.

Construction and implementation

The building is designed with an emphasis on sustainability, comfort and high quality of execution. The following are set:

• Exterior walls — ceramic bricks 25 cm
• Interior walls — ceramic bricks 12 cm
• Floors in apartments — cement mortar
• Walls and ceilings — gypsum plaster
• Front door — armored
• Possibility of individual finishing works by an investor

Facade and insulation

The facade is designed with high-class materials and a modern look:

• Combined high-quality plaster and Ethalbond
• Thermal insulation system with a minimum thickness of 10 cm
• Structural facade plaster, according to the architectural project
• Metal railings and elements in common areas

Windows and heating

• PVC joinery Kömmerling — 6 chambers, double glazing for excellent heat and sound insulation
• Air conditioning outlets provided in all rooms

The apartments will be rented with:

• cement screed on the floor
