Construction and materials
The project is being implemented with a monolithic reinforced concrete structure and a modern architectural vision that fits elegantly into the urban environment of the Oborishte district. The facades are a combination of suspended elements and high-quality mineral plaster, glass or metal railings and integrated facade lighting with a timer. The thermal insulation is BAUMIT PRO, EPS with a thickness of 100 mm. The external and internal walls are filled with Wienerberger 25/12 cm bricks from Austria. The joinery is six-chamber from German Kömmerling PVC profile with triple glazing, providing excellent noise and heat insulation. The common areas are richly finished with gypsum plaster, putty, latex and granite tiles according to the project. The roofs are flat, with complete heat, steam and waterproof insulation, and the terraces are with Italian granite tiles and heated anti-freeze funnels. The apartments are issued on putty and screed, with built-in copper routes for split air conditioning systems.
