The thermal insulation is BAUMIT PRO, EPS with a thickness of 100 mm. The external and internal walls are filled with Wienerberger 25/12 cm bricks from Austria. The joinery is six-chamber from German PVC profile with triple glazing, providing very good noise and heat insulation. High-quality elevators from ORONA, KONE and OTIS brands with steel inox cabins are provided. The common areas are richly finished with gypsum plaster, putty, latex and granite tiles according to the project. The roofs are flat, with complete heat, steam and waterproof insulation, and the terraces have Italian granite tiles and heated anti-freeze funnels. The apartments are being rented out on plaster and screed, with copper lines for split air conditioning systems.
