Concept and location
A new residential project located in the Manastirski Livadi - East quarter, one of the most dynamically developing and preferred neighborhoods in the southern part of Sofia. Stage and deadlines
The project is under active construction with a planned Act 16 in March 2028. This allows customers to enter into a purchase at an early stage and benefit from a greater choice of availability, distributions and preferential payment terms.
Construction and materials
The project is implemented with a monolithic reinforced concrete structure and a modern architectural vision that fits elegantly into the environment. The facades have high-quality mineral plaster, glass or metal railings and integrated facade lighting with a timer. The thermal insulation is BAUMIT PRO, EPS with a thickness of 100 mm. The external and internal walls are filled with Wienerberger 25/12 cm bricks from Austria. The joinery is six-chamber from German PVC profile with triple glazing, providing very good noise and heat insulation. High-quality elevators from ORONA, KONE and OTIS brands with steel inox cabins are provided. The common areas are richly finished with gypsum plaster, putty, latex and granite tiles according to the project. The roofs are flat, with complete heat, steam and waterproof insulation, and the terraces have Italian granite tiles and heated anti-freeze funnels. The apartments are being rented out on plaster and screed, with copper lines for split air conditioning systems.

Open parking spaces from 20,000 euros, indoor parking spaces from 26,500 euros and garages from 31,000 euros are provided.
