Construction and materials

The project is implemented with a monolithic reinforced concrete structure and a modern architectural vision that fits elegantly into the environment. The facades are provided with high-quality mineral plaster, glass or metal railings and integrated facade lighting with a timer. The thermal insulation is BAUMIT PRO with a thickness of 100 mm, and the external and internal walls are filled with Wienerberger bricks from Austria. The joinery is six-chamber from German PVC profile with triple glazing, providing very good noise and heat insulation. High-quality elevators from proven brands such as ORONA, KONE and OTIS are provided, as well as richly finished common areas with gypsum plaster, putty, latex and granite tiles according to the project. The roofs are flat, with complete heat, steam and waterproof insulation, and the terraces are with Italian granite tiles and heated anti-freeze funnels.

Apartments and adjoining premises

The project offers a variety of housing, suitable for both living and investment. Open parking spaces from 20,000 euros, indoor parking spaces from 25,000 euros and garages from 30,000 euros are provided. The building is aimed at clients who value modern construction, functional layouts and good long-term purchase value.

Payment plan

Preferential terms are offered for a mortgage loan through a partner bank, and there is also the possibility of own lending. There is no restriction on financing through other banks. It is possible to discuss an individual payment plan according to the client's profile. Discounts are also provided for the various payment schemes. Prices are without indexation, which provides greater security and clarity when purchasing.

0% COMMISSION FROM THE BUYER! Tripartite agreements and resale to third parties for 2% of the price are allowed. This makes the project flexible for both end customers, investors and market partners.
