High-quality elevators from proven brands such as ORONA, KONE and OTIS are provided, as well as richly finished common areas with gypsum plaster, putty, latex and granite tiles according to the project. The roofs are flat, with complete heat, steam and waterproof insulation, and the terraces are with Italian granite tiles and heated anti-freeze funnels.
