The elevators are high-class, from established brands such as ORONA, KONE and OTIS, with a steel inox cabin. The apartments are rented out on putty and screed.

Preferential terms are offered for a mortgage loan through a partner bank, and there is also the possibility of own lending. There is no restriction on financing through other banks. Prices are without indexation, which provides greater security and clarity when purchasing.
Conditions
0% COMMISSION FROM THE BUYER! Tripartite agreements and resale to third parties for 2% of the price are allowed. This makes the project flexible for both end customers and investors and partners in the market.
